Then, one day, I stepped into a gym. My first workout was brutal—I couldn’t even do five sit-ups. A trainer told me, “This is hopeless.” But something in me refused to quit.
I tried every diet, every workout plan. I saw results, but they came at a cost—too extreme, too restrictive. I looked great, but my health and energy suffered. That’s when I realized: balance is the key to lasting results.
