How Does The Habit Coaching Process Look Like?
Pre Consultation Assessment
Before our first consultation, I’ll send you a pre-consultation questionnaire to fill out. This helps me get a head start on your assessment so we can make the most of our time together!
Initial Consultation (60 min)
In this session, we’ll take a close look at your daily life and habits. We’ll identify any patterns that may be holding you back from becoming who you want to be and find better ones to replace them.
Together, we’ll set achievable goals and create a simple, step-by-step plan to help you reach your goals without any struggle.
Follow-Up Session (30 min)
In this session, we will review progress, celebrate achievements, adjust the next steps of our action plan, and correct our goals if needed. Usually, such a session is held every 2 weeks, depending on how “big” the habits we are changing or forming are.
