How to cancel or reschedule a training session?
I kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a training
session. You can do this yourself in the mobile app or by sending me a personal message.
If you cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered a
“late cancel” and will be charged at the full rate.
If you do not show up for a scheduled session, the session will be considered a “no-show” and will be
charged at the full rate.
How to Cancel or Reschedule a Coaching Session?
In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, the session will be considered late-canceled. The follow-up session will be charged at full price, and for the Initial Consultation, I kindly ask that you cover 30% of the session cost.
How long is your prepaid package valid?
Prepaid packages for 8 or 12 sessions are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
If you decide to pause your training or do not use the sessions for reasons beyond my control, please
note that I will not be able to offer refunds for unused sessions.
Prepaid coaching packages are valid for 180 days from the date of payment.
